It's a philosophical thing in my mind and it really bothers me that the industry has evolved this way. And it basically reduces the sum value of a game to "are the graphics good enough for The Internet to pay us again?" It feels like an insult toward all the work that the real developers put into the original game.

If they were going to make the PS5 update a $10 DLC for everyone who already owns Bloodborne, I would be 100% in support of it. I would recommend this game if you’re looking for a good challenge and can handle throwing your controller out of frustration at times hahah.jk.kind of.From my perspective, I'm just sick of Sony asking people to pay full price for games they already own. Fromsoft was able to put together a solid and unique gameplay experience that really has the player fully engaged in the boss fights because let’s face it, that’s where all the fun is. It makes you get more intimate and familiar with whatever you choose to use and I appreciate that. I really liked the leveling mechanics in the game and the fact you get acquainted with whatever weapons you want rather than getting a level 1 sword and throwing that away after you get to level 2. I haven’t played any action RPGs like this one and I’m glad I was able to put so much time into it. I was able to put myself in the blood borne universe and it felt amazing! The gameplay here is so unbelievably addicting and fun.
